Membership Criteria and Fee Structure

Class of Members

Members of the Association shall primarily be the following classes:

​

a.     Life Members: A life Member, being an individual who contributes to the Association a minimum amount of Rs. 5000 as a one-time contribution.

b.     General Member: General Members include all other members who register themselves by paying a one-time registration fee of Rupees Two Hundred (Rs. 200/-) only and continue their membership by paying the yearly subscription fee of Rupees one Hundred (Rs. 300/-) only.

c.      Honorary Member: Not more than 3 (Three) honorary members distinguished in education, services, industries, corporate sectors, etc. who are likely to promote the interest of the Association, may be nominated by the president to the ED on the recommendation of the General Body for a period of three years.

d.     Associate Member: Non-alumni faculty and staff members of the college, who have served at least 3 years in the college as on the date of their application and who wish to join in a more formal relationship with the Association shall be eligible to become Associate Member of the Association upon payment of Associate Life Membership Fee to be fixed by the EC from time to time. The Associate Members shall accorded privileges of membership in the Association except that they shall not hold office in the Association or vote in the Association Election.

Article 6: Eligibility for membership

1. Any student who successfully obtains a degree from the college automatically becomes a General Member/ Life Member of the Association from the date of issue of Result Notification granting the said degree by the Affiliating University on payment of appropriate membership fee as described in clauses (a) and (b) respectively of Article 5.

2. Any ex-student, or members of the staff of the college on payment of the requisite fee.
